Job Description:

Must be dependable, responsible and personable.

I'm looking fo someone from Friday mornings until Sunday afternoon. Must be free of any physical ailments to be able to transfer me to my chair with the aid of a motorized Hoyer type lift. Fill-in hours will be available as needed.

$450 / 24hr. shift and $30/hr. for short-term hourly shift after the first 24hrs.

I have some flexibility scheduling, so I can try to accommodate 

your schedule to a certain extent. 

I need assistance with:

• • Transfers in and out of the chair with a lift (see above)
• • Must have good strength to position/transfer

• • Personal grooming / hygiene
• • Dressing
• • Daily Personal Care
